Observed Effect and Relevant Physics:
---------------------------------------

Differential throughput of lenslets.   
Scattered handful of low throughput lenslets, plus a regular grid pattern due to artifacts from the lenslet manufacturing photolithography.

Pipeline Processing:

Use 'Divide by Lenslet Flat Field' primitive with a relevant lensletflat file.
